Your Role
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Director to lead business development and sales efforts for NDI’s Agentic AI solutions in the Swiss market. This is a remote, commission-only role with flexible working hours — perfect for a self-starter with a strong network, proven enterprise sales experience, and a passion for emerging AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships across key industries.
✅ Present and position NDI’s Agentic AI solutions as transformative tools for operational efficiency and ROI.
✅ Build and execute go-to-market plans to penetrate enterprise accounts and high-potential mid-market opportunities.
✅ Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.
✅ Collaborate with strategic partners, resellers, and technology alliances to expand reach.
✅ Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging customer needs to adapt strategies.
