Sales Development Team Lead

Job Description This is a remote position. Time: Overlap with US business hours ​ Currently remote but may transition to onsite in Future - Bangalore-based candidates preferred Spektra Systems is looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to lead our CloudLabs SDR team. You will own the outbound motion end to end — playbook, coaching, targeting, and conversion — and be directly accountable for delivering a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to our Account Executives. Primary responsibilities: Manage, coach, and develop the SDR team day to day, with a focus on conversion quality and professional growth. Own and continuously improve the outbound playbook: ICP definition, sequencing, messaging, and cadence design. Own team-level meeting-booked and SQL conversion targets, and hold individual SDRs to clear, measurable outcomes. Coordinate with Demand Generation on inbound lead handling and with Account Executives on meeting and opportunity quality. Maintain CRM and outbound tooling hygiene and deliver regular performance reporting. Build the onboarding and ramp programme for new SDR hires. Requirements What you bring: 4+ years in sales development, including experience as a senior SDR or team lead. A demonstrated ability to drive conversion improvement - not just volume. Proficiency with CRM and outbound sales platforms. A coaching mindset combined with strong process and operational discipline.
