Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Remote SDR (Sales Development Representative) to help us generate qualified business opportunities for our AI automation platform.
This is an outbound-focused role where you will identify prospects, initiate conversations, qualify leads, and help build a strong sales pipeline.
You will work directly with the founders and play an important role in helping scale an AI startup from an early stage.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business clients
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Start and manage conversations with prospects
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Build and maintain sales pipelines
- Coordinate demos and follow-ups with founders
- Maintain CRM and outreach tracking
- Help improve outreach messaging and GTM processes

Ideal Candidate
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience in SDR, B2B outreach, lead generation, or SaaS sales
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
- Self-motivated and organized
- Interested in AI, SaaS, automation, and startups
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bonus:
- Experience selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, automation, or AI solutions
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
