You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a critical role in building and maintaining a predictable sales pipeline. Role Overview: Convert inbound leads from marketing, referrals, and campaigns into qualified sales opportunities Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn Book discovery calls and product demos for U.S.-based sales executives Engage practice owners, physicians, and administrators across eye care clinics and medical offices Serve as the first point of contact and represent the company professionally in all prospect interactions Navigate gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers within target organizations Ensure consistent follow-up across all leads through structured outreach cadences Support pipeline growth by maintaining disciplined daily and weekly activity execution Key Responsibilities: Inbound Lead Management (Primary Focus) Respond to inbound leads within defined SLAs to ensure strong speed-to-lead conversion Qualify inbound prospects based on fit, intent, and urgency before passing to sales executives Conduct discovery-style conversations with inbound leads to understand needs and buying readiness Prioritize, segment, and manage inbound leads based on source, engagement, and value potential Re-engage and nurture unresponsive or low-engagement inbound leads through structured follow-ups Ensure all inbound activity is accurately documented in the CRM with complete and up-to-date records Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve inbound lead quality and conversion rates Identify common drop-off points and provide feedback to optimize the inbound funnel Outbound Prospecting (Secondary Focus) Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn to U.S.-based eye care practices Execute structured multi-touch cadences to generate new pipeline opportunities Navigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers within clinics and healthcare organizations Handle objections and persist through multi-touch outreach sequences Appointment Setting & Pipeline Development Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demos for the sales team Ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities from both inbound and outbound channels CRM & Execution Discipline Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure clean pipeline hygiene Build and manage prospect and lead lists using CRM and research tools Track all activities, follow-ups, and conversions systematically Required Experience: 5–8 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or appointment-setting roles targeting U.S. markets Proven track record of consistently booking qualified meetings for sales teams Strong experience in cold calling, objection handling, and multi-touch outbound outreach Experience working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence Experience engaging senior decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling SaaS, healthcare technology, or B2B technology solutions Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar Experience with outbound dialers (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar) What You'll Bring to the Team: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional U.S.-style phone presence Strong hunter mindset with consistent execution and results focus High resilience and confidence in handling rejection and objections Ability to build trust through consistent multi-touch engagement Strong self-discipline in managing daily outreach and follow-ups Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment Schedule & Location Setup Location: Fully Remote Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) / Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mexico CST Contract Type : Rank & File
