Schedule: Mountain Standard Time (Dayshift) (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm MST)
Rate: Open to negotiation based on experience

This isn’t your average cold calling job. You’ll be prospecting with purpose, sparking real conversations, uncovering digital marketing needs, and booking qualified appointments that our Account Executives can close.

Key Responsibilities
Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email
Follow a structured outreach process (Apollo sequences, call scripts, and qualification questions)
Pre-qualify prospects by identifying their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines
Book verified, high-quality appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of all activities and conversations in CRM tools
Consistently hit (and ideally exceed) performance targets:
Provide feedback on prospect responses to improve messaging and outreach strategy
High volume cold outreach
Follow up with prospect call backs, follow up with reminder calls to your prospect 1 hour prior to the Discovery Call. Communicate with your AE leading up to the appointment giving updates on the status of the meeting
