The Role
We’re hiring
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
to help grow our community and sales. This is a
commission-only
role for
full-time Florida residents (18+)
who are self-motivated, consistent, and aligned with our mission. No big social following required—we’ll train and support you.
What You’ll Do
Promote our brands and
hundreds of products
in your own style (apparel, hats, energy drinks, handmade flags, etc.).
Drive online sales using your
unique discount code
(all sales tracked).
Engage audiences online and at approved local events/markets (display samples, direct buyers to order online).
What We Offer
Commission on net profit

15% and 20%
based on performance.
Clear monthly payouts: commissions are
calculated and paid the first week of each month
with a detailed report.
