What You’ll Do Drive Pipeline: Execute high-volume outbound sequences (Phone, Email, LinkedIn) into target mid-market accounts. Qualify Intent: Run initial discovery calls to uncover firm pain points, budget, and urgency. Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Account Executives to multi-thread into target professional services firms. Master the Stack: Use modern sales tools to build and manage your own outbound territory. What We’re Looking For Grit: 0–2 years in a commercial, high-output role (SDR, Recruitment, or similar). Communication: Concise written skills and the confidence to speak with senior stakeholders (Partners/Directors). Coachability: You take feedback well and enjoy the "repetition of excellence."
