What you’ll do: Reach out to potential customers by phone, email, and LinkedIn Start conversations and create interest in ABAX solutions Book meetings for our sales team Learn how to identify customer needs and qualify opportunities Keep your pipeline updated in our CRM system Work closely with your teammates, celebrate wins, and learn every day Who believe you are: Are positive, driven, and enjoy speaking with people Are not afraid to step outside your comfort zone Want to learn, develop, and build a career in sales Are organised, proactive, and enjoy working towards goals Speak Finnish fluently, and comfortable using English as the office language Experience in sales is a bonus—but it’s not required. Candidates from customer-facing backgrounds like retail, hospitality, or support often transition well into junior SDR roles.
