This role is the first point of contact for prospects and plays a critical role in driving the top of the sales funnel. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to book meetings and build a pipeline of qualified leads.Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Responsibilities Build lead lists using Websites, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, or industry directories Research prospects to personalize outreach (company size, focus, pain points) Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on company criteria Schedule consultations for the Sales Manager or In-person closing team (Doctor, Nurse, Owner, etc.) Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in a CRM Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and events Understand the company's offerings, ideal customer profile, and value proposition Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets (calls, emails, meetings booked) Track and report outreach performance and lead conversion metrics
