The Role We are looking for a remote Lead Generation Manager / Outbound Operator. Your main focus will be building and running our outbound pipeline. This includes researching target companies, finding decision makers, building lead lists, running cold email and LinkedIn outreach, qualifying interested prospects, and helping book qualified sales conversations. This is not only a “send messages” role. We are looking for someone who can think through ICP, segmentation, outreach angles, CRM structure, follow-ups, and reporting. Responsibilities Research and identify potential customers in the e-commerce and SaaS market. Build clean lead databases with companies, contacts, roles, LinkedIn profiles, websites, and notes. Find decision makers and relevant contacts. Prepare and run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Write and test first-touch messages, sequences, and follow-ups. Track replies, interested leads, booked demos, and qualification status. Keep CRM and outreach data organized. Report weekly on activity, replies, positive replies, booked demos, and learnings. Requirements Experience in B2B lead generation, SDR/BDR, outbound sales, or growth operations. Hands-on experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach. Ability to research companies, find decision makers, and build structured lead lists. Understanding of ICP, segmentation, personalization, and lead qualification. Good written English. Strong organization and reporting skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely. Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot, Attio, Folk CRM, Google Sheets, Clay, or email verification tools is a plus. Compensation Fixed monthly compensation based on experience. Performance bonus based on qualified attended demos. Compensation review based on performance, ownership, and results.
