What You Will Do Pipeline Generation & Prospecting Prospect and engage ecommerce retailers, brands and partners Build and execute low-volume, high-touch multi-channel outreach strategies (calls, email, and sequencing), as well as high-volume, low-touch email campaigns to generate new opportunities Support Account Executives by scheduling qualified meetings and building pipeline Research & Outreach Strategy Conduct strategic research on target accounts and tailor messaging to key personas Develop personalized outreach that drives engagement and response Sales Engagement & Qualification Clearly communicate Minty’s value proposition and how it drives revenue and customer acquisition Handle objections and qualify opportunities effectively CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in CRM Own follow-up communications with speed, consistency, and personalization Performance & Collaboration Consistently meet or exceed qualified meeting targets Partner closely with Commercial leadership and Account Executives Continuously learn, test new approaches, and contribute to team best practices Qualifications 3+ years of SDR or related sales experience Experience or strong interest in ecommerce, affiliate marketing, martech, or adtech Proven ability to prospect and engage through multi-channel outreach Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment Self-starter mindset with a desire to learn and grow in sales What We Offer: We’re a fully remote company hiring in: FL, GA, MA, MD, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA Join us and get access to: Great benefits - medical, dental, vision and more Flexible vacation designed to enable you to be your best 401K plan with company match Apple products provided to set up your home office Peer-to-peer micro bonus environment powered by Bonusly Performance appraisal & recognition system powered by 15Five Home internet reimbursement
