We are looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant to play a pivotal role in expanding our IT consultancy business across European markets. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, the ability to cultivate and manage enterprise-level relationships, and proven experience in shaping and closing deals.
Please note: this role is focused on IT contracting, consultancy, and workforce/outsourcing services, not on selling software products or IT solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
• Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities across targeted sectors and geographies
(focus on DACH, France, Benelux, and CEE markets).
• Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets, with a strong emphasis on new business generation and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio, developing long-term relationships with enterprise
clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, tailored proposals, and contracts.
• Lead and coordinate RFI/RFP processes, ensuring compliance, strategic alignment, and competitive positioning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain and regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities and client interactions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular reporting to management.
• Collaborate closely with the IT recruitment and delivery teams to align client requirements, streamline recruitment efforts, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase
visibility and generate new leads.
Qualifications & Profile
• Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, Business Developer, from IT or Engineering consultancy services where the focus is on IT/ Engineering contracting and services rather than selling software products or SaaS.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with demonstrable success in acquiring new clients and building long-term accounts.
• Solid expertise in managing RFI and RFP processes in international contexts.
• Deep understanding of IT outsourcing, consultancy models, and workforce solutions.
• International exposure, ideally across DACH, France, and/or Benelux markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently at C-level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong skills in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools, as well as preparing compelling
offers, proposals, and presentations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while driving your own sales agenda.
• Fluent in English; German or French at business level is a significant advantage
