Who We Are

Artbeak is a conversion-focused web redesign agency. We work with service businesses, agencies, and SaaS companies across the US, UK, and UAE — and we have one job: turn their existing traffic into revenue.

Our offer is simple and risk-free. We build a free redesign for every prospect before the first call. By the time they get on the phone, they've already seen what their website could look like. Your job is to close them.

The Role

You will be taking inbound sales calls with pre-qualified prospects who have already seen a free redesign of their website. No cold calling. No lead generation. Just closing.

You will follow a proven script, handle objections, and close deals at $2,000 flat fee with an optional $159/month retainer. The guarantee is on us — not the client — which makes your job significantly easier than a traditional sales role.

What You Will Be Doing

• Running 1-on-1 video sales calls with warm, pre-qualified prospects
• Following the Artbeak sales script and CLOSER framework
• Handling objections using a proven system you will be fully trained on
• Sending pre-call reminders and doing 5 minutes of prep before every call
• Logging calls, outcomes, and notes in the CRM after every session
• Participating in weekly game tape reviews to improve your close rate

What You Are Not Doing

• Cold calling or prospecting
• Chasing unqualified leads
• Winging it — there is a script, a system, and a playbook

Compensation

• $15 per completed call — whether you close or not
• 10% commission on every closed deal
• A $2,000 close = $200 in your pocket, on top of the call fee
• Uncapped earnings — the more you close, the more you make

You Are the Right Person If

• You are a strong communicator in English — clear, confident, and natural on camera
• You are based in Asia and available to take calls during US, UK, or UAE business hours
• You are coachable — you follow the script before you try to improve it
• You are hungry — you see every call as a rep, not just a paycheck
• You have some sales experience — B2B, high ticket, or agency sales is a strong plus
• You are comfortable with silence — you know when to shut up and let the prospect close themselves

You Are Not the Right Person If

• You need to be convinced to follow a process
• You disappear when calls get hard
• You are looking for a passive income stream
• You need hand-holding after the training period

The Training

You will go through a structured 8-day onboarding program before your first solo call. This includes script walkdowns, listening to real closed calls, role plays, and a shadow call where we are on the line with you. You will not be thrown into calls unprepared.
