About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UK-based Sales Closer with knowledge of how to convert both inbound and outbound opportunities into long-term clients.
This is a commission-only role during the probationary period, designed for confident sales professionals who are comfortable managing the complete sales process-from initial outreach through to presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
You will have access to:

· Existing mailing lists and prospect databases
· A database of over 37,000 UK
· A database of over 77,000 across the USA

Responsibilities
· Contact and qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns
· Conduct outbound outreach using targeted mailing lists and industry databases
· Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
· Deliver virtual presentations and strategy calls to prospective clients
· Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable solutions
· Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively
· Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records
· Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams
· Adapt proposals and pricing structures based on client requirements
· Build long-term relationships with clinic owners and decision-makers
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential
· Previous sales closing experience
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Ability to confidently handle both warm and cold outreach
· Proven track record of closing deals independently
· Comfortable conducting virtual sales calls and demonstrations
· Highly self-motivated and target-driven
· Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
· UK-based
Preferred
· Experience within the aesthetics, cosmetic, beauty, healthcare, or medical clinic sectors
· Experience selling marketing, lead generation, SaaS, consulting, or agency services
· Understanding of client acquisition and business growth strategies
Compensation & Growth PathProbation Period
Your probation period consists of achieving 10 closed deals.
During this stage, you will receive:
· 50% revenue share on every sale closed
· Average sale value: £990
· Expected earnings from 10 sales: approximately £4,950
This structure allows you to demonstrate performance while building your client portfolio.
Long-Term Partnership Structure
After successfully completing the probation period, you will move into a long-term partnership model that includes:
· £3,000 per month retainer
· £100 per month recurring commission for every active client you manage
· Ongoing opportunities to generate additional revenue through new client acquisition
