Job Description This is a remote position. Sales Advisor – Online Education (AU Students) ₱50,000–₱65,000/month base + uncapped commission Remote Philippines | Day Shift | Australian EdTech Commissions in excess of ₱20,000 per month are common for meeting targets What this role actually is This is a full-cycle closing role . You’ll speak with Australians who have already enquired about courses. Your job is to take ownership of the conversation and move prospects from interest to enrolment . You are responsible for closing deals You are responsible for taking payment You are responsible for moving indecisive prospects to a clear decision This is not an information or support role. What you’ll be doing Run calls from first contact through to enrolment and payment Control the conversation and keep momentum (no “send info and wait”) Use structured discovery to understand goals, blockers, and urgency Handle objections confidently without defaulting to discounts Ask for the decision and close when appropriate Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups in Salesforce Consistently hit enrolment and revenue targets Requirements What we’re looking for 4+ years in a closing role (phone-based) where you personally secured payments or commitments Proven ability to run full-cycle sales (not just lead gen or appointment setting) Comfortable leading conversations and asking for the sale Strong objection handling (price, timing, hesitation) Experience managing your own pipeline and targets CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) Clear, confident spoken English (AU customers) Backgrounds that tend to do well: High-ticket program / coaching sales Course enrolment or education sales Financial / insurance advisory Migration / study-abroad consulting Important No cold calling — all leads are inbound/warm This is not a high-volume call centre role If your experience is primarily scripting, handling tickets, or passing leads to closers, this role will feel very different Benefits The Package PHP 50,000–65,000/month base salary Uncapped commission — recent example: PHP 20,000 extra in a single month 13th month pay HMO after probation Full training in products, systems, and sales approach Ongoing coaching and development 20 PTO credits upon regularization 100% remote Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT Long-term role with a growing Australian EdTech company
