Position: Account Executive / Sales Representative
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hrs/week (U.S. Business Hours, 9-5 pm EST)
Location: Fully Remote (Latin America Based Candidates Only)

We’re hiring an internal Account Executive / Sales Representative to join our growing sales team at Globaltize. We currently have two other full-time closers that you will work with day-to-day. This will be a closer role, no appointment setting required. Our marketing and lead-gen teams will fill your calendar with qualified calls, allowing you to focus entirely on doing what you do best: closing.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from discovery to deal close. This includes running high-converting sales calls, nurturing warm leads, following up with prospects, and moving deals across the finish line. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative B2B environment and has experience selling high-ticket services to business owners or executives.
Experience in industries like HR, payroll, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or BPO is highly preferred.
