We are an IT company developing digital solutions for the travel industry . Our team builds booking platforms, websites, and other technology products for travel businesses around the world. We are looking for a Sales BDR to support our sales team by managing incoming leads, conducting research, and maintaining structured data in our CRM. This role focuses on lead qualification, research, and CRM organization , ensuring our sales team works with the most relevant opportunities. Responsibilities Review and process incoming leads Conduct research on companies and potential clients Perform initial lead qualification based on defined criteria Maintain accurate and organized information in CRM (Pipedrive) Structure and prepare lead data for the sales team Ensure CRM data is complete, accurate, and well-organized Follow established processes and instructions for lead management We are looking for someone who: Is responsible and detail-oriented Can follow processes and instructions carefully Values structure and organization in CRM and data Can quickly research and gather information about companies Works in a systematic and organized way Is comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems Can communicate in English (written communication) Nice to have Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) Experience in lead research, lead qualification, or sales support Experience using LinkedIn or other research tools What we offer Remote work Clear processes and structured workflows Opportunity to work with an international travel tech company
