Sales Assistant - Cold Call - Beauty Industry (Full Remote)

BeautyScale represents beauty brands and manages their international sales. We contact buyers, present the brands, send samples, and secure meetings to close deals in different countries.

Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will support 5 beauty brands in our portfolio. You will be responsible for contacting buyers, qualifying leads and following up with them by telephone.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling buyers to identify decision-makers and collect contacts
• Following up with buyers
• Scheduling and confirming meetings for the Brand Manager
• Preparing daily and weekly reports

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales roles requiring cold calling
• Fluent English with no accent, strong presentation skills (video calls possible)
• Strong track record in sales, negotiation, and client management
• Confident on the phone, able to obtain emails and direct numbers through company switchboards
• Organized, reliable, available full-time (40h/week), fully remote

Compensation

Competitive package of fixed + bonuses per month, depending on qualifications and performance.
