Candidates joining the team will contribute to expanding a global sport and enhancing padel experiences for diverse communities. Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at PADEL1969. The specialist will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals with clubs, venues, and partners. Daily activities include communicating with prospects and customers via phone, video calls, email, and social platforms, as well as maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to align messaging, and promoting key offerings such as ONE COURT FOR LIFE® and the CLUB MASTERY MANUAL™. The specialist will also provide product training and guidance to clients, ensure high-quality customer service before and after installation, and gather market feedback to help refine sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships. Proven Sales experience, including pipeline development, negotiations, and closing, ideally in sports, leisure, or construction-related industries. Sales Management and Training capabilities to organize the sales process, provide basic training to partners or clients, and support internal alignment. Experience supporting or executing marketing initiatives, including digital outreach, social media engagement, and campaign follow-up. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet agreed deadlines and targets. Comfort with CRM and office productivity tools; familiarity with online meeting platforms and collaborative software. Knowledge of or strong interest in padel, racket sports, or sports facility management is highly beneficial. Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
