Team members work in a data-driven environment with a focus on tangible results for clients. Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage the full sales cycle for prospective B2B clients, from initial outreach and discovery calls to proposal presentation and follow-up. Daily responsibilities include qualifying inbound and outbound leads, conducting consultative sales conversations, and clearly explaining NFE Agency’s services such as paid ads, funnels, email marketing, SEO, and marketing automation. The role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals, preparing sales materials, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The specialist will also provide timely, professional customer service to prospects and clients, gather feedback to support continuous improvement, and participate in training sessions to stay current on digital marketing best practices. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain technical marketing concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Customer service and client relationship skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and solution-oriented support. Proven sales and consultative selling abilities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a B2B environment. Experience with sales management or pipeline management, including use of CRM tools and basic reporting. Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, self-organization, and reliability in a part-time schedule. Familiarity with digital marketing channels (paid social, paid search, email, SEO, funnels) is strongly preferred. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to process changes, and participate in ongoing training and development. Previous experience in an agency, SaaS, or B2B services environment is a plus.
