We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Customer Support Representatives to join our client’s for a high-volume customer engagement project. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing communications through WhatsApp, ensuring prompt, professional, and personalized responses to customers. You’ll play a key role in handling large message volumes, maintaining excellent customer service, and driving sales conversions. The starting rate for this role is 6 USD per hour. Schedule : 6 days a week (Monday–Sunday) Rotational 8-hour shifts with overlapping coverage to ensure round-the-clock support Project Duration: 5 weeks (with potential for extension based on performance and project needs) Job Responsibilities: Manage and respond to approximately 20,000 WhatsApp messages over a five-week period Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and assist with product-related questions Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to promote products and drive sales Coordinate with the team to ensure 24/7 message coverage Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and ensuring timely resolution Track and document customer interactions and feedback accurately
