We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Customer Support Representatives to join our client’s for a high-volume customer engagement project. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing communications through WhatsApp, ensuring prompt, professional, and personalized responses to customers. You’ll play a key role in handling large message volumes, maintaining excellent customer service, and driving sales conversions.
The starting rate for this role is 6 USD per hour.
Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday–Sunday)
Rotational 8-hour shifts with overlapping coverage to ensure round-the-clock support
