Sales Agent/Showroom Demonstrators

Job Function The Sales Agent/Showroom Demonstrator is responsible for managing the daily sales operations of the retail outlet, ensuring sales targets are met and delivering outstanding customer service. Main duties and responsibilities Ensure that sales and commercial objectives are met according to defined budgets and operating plans Conduct Inventory management (weekly cycle count) and avoid out of stock situations Ensure that the replenishment of products is done in an efficient and timely manner Analyze and adjust sales space capacities to secure high stock availability Ensure that products are handled with care, well maintained and secured at all times Maintain cleanliness of the products in the shop Ensure that the products are well displaced by using the appropriate space in the outlet to facilitate human movement and an excellent shopping experienc Design appealing merchandise displays in order to attract visitors to the store Proactively approach customers, understand their needs in order to sell suitable solutions to them and build strong relationships throughout their shopping journey Solve customer complaints and answering customers’ queries Any other cognate duties Profile Minimum HSC Experience in a similar position is a definite advantage Service-oriented attitude Good product knowledge Excellent communication skills (English and French) and capable of building trusting relationships IT literate & good knowledge of MS Office Team-player Able to work odd hours or on shifts and under pressure
