Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and German-speaking Sales Administrator to join our growing international team. As a key link between our DACH sales operation and our global partner network, you will play a critical role in ensuring our commercial processes run smoothly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Sales Administration & CRM Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks across the DACH territory Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate pipeline, partner, and client data Process orders, quotations, and contract documentation in line with NADclinic’s commercial standards Coordinate onboarding processes for new partners and clients, ensuring a seamless introduction to NADclinic’s product suite Prepare regular sales reports and territory summaries for senior leadership Client & Partner Communication Manage all German-language client and partner communications via email, phone, and video call Support account management activities: maintaining existing client relationships and handling enquiries Ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and partner support Market Development Support Assist in identifying and qualifying new B2B leads from across the DACH market Support the preparation of sales presentations, product demonstrations, and partner events Relay market intelligence and client feedback to the sales and marketing teams Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sector. Skills and Requirements Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or account support A background in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry is essential Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) Demonstrated ability to manage complex administrative workflows in an international environment Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharma or wellness sector is advantageous Core Competencies Fluent German (native or near-native) and professional English, both written and spoken Outstanding organisational skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, team-oriented personality with a strong service mindset Resilient and self-directed; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace What we offer The opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding global wellness and longevity brand A supportive and ambitious team culture with a flat hierarchy Career progression opportunities within a growing international business A dynamic, international working environment A competitive salary package including performance-based incentives Remote working within the DACH region.
