Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the wellness or healthcare space, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering client success. Responsibilities Onboard new clients or patients and ensure a smooth, seamless transition into services Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining high-touch communication Build long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive support Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize client value Conduct consultative sales calls, virtual demos, and service consultations tailored to client needs Manage a full-cycle sales pipeline—from prospecting and qualification to close and handoff Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and client information in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging while staying informed on market trends and client needs
