If you have an interest in contributing to a small but growing cyber security company in a rapidly growing industry, then this might be the position for you. The position’s primary responsibility is to sell security solutions by nurturing leads through a consultative educational sales process. We are looking to build an exceptional team of Cyber Security Sales representatives to help jump start our sales department. You will learn the ins and outs of our cyber security solutions so you can help attract new clients. Our sales process isn’t about trying to convince or pressure prospects to purchase our solution. Our focus is more on understanding their needs, educating them, and proposing a solution that meets their objectives. We are not looking for quick, one-time sales. We want to build lasting customer relationships. Our average sales cycle is 1 to 2 months. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting and communicating with people and developing business sales activities. You must be very motivated, diligent, organized, and capable of tracking and managing hundreds of leads. Responsibilities: To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options. Schedule sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis Proactively target new customers through cold calling and lead generation campaigns by phone calls and emails Sell security solutions by establishing contact and develop relationships with prospects, recommending solutions. To Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Build and create constant pipeline of prospect customers to scope Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Participate in cold calling Develop relationships with prospect customer contacts Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Utilize additional sales resources to target and identify new business targets Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users Post to social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) Requirements: Proven work experience as a sales representative Fluency in MS O365 Great Time Management Familiarity with CRMs practices (Hubspot, Zoho) Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota. Ability to understand objective and take the initiative High degree of flexibility with the ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment.
