Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Identity Management Consultant based in the central Scotland, with remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include designing and implementing IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions tailored to client needs as well as client relationship management including developing pipelines and opportunities within existing and new clients.

You’ll work hands‑on with customers delivering and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions, helping organisations solve real‑world complex identity and governance challenges. Depending on your experience, you may also play a role in shaping solutions, mentoring others, and supporting account growth.

We are looking for multiple levels of Role, both Junior and Senior.

Qualifications

✅ What we’re looking for

* 5+ years’ experience in the Identity & Access Management space (Senior Role) -- 2+ Years for Junior role.

* Hands‑on delivery experience with SailPoint ( IIQ & ISC)

* Strong understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, access governance, integrations, and security best practices

* UK‑based, with full right to work in the UK -- No Visa Sponsorship Available Currently

⭐ Desirable / Nice to have

* SailPoint certifications

* Experience managing your own customer accounts and acting as a trusted IAM advisor

* Ability to identify opportunities, develop pipeline, and support business growth

* Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)

* Experience with other major IAM platforms including: Saviynt & OpenText
