Systems Testing/QA Specialist Downtown, Toronto (Jarvis St.) Hybrid: 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote - From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home - From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully Contract 9+ months, possible extension Must-Have: 3-7 years of more hands-on experience (Intermediate) Extensive experience with Automation testing. prior exp from Public, OPS, banking sectors. Experience with Selenium (or similar automation testing tools), React and Next.js Desirables : Knowledge and experience in at least one programming language Experience in the use of information retrieval packages Knowledge and understanding of testing methods in an object-oriented environment Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices. Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards Experience planning and organizing testing efforts for both large and small systems Experience coding automated test scripts to produce sets of automated test cases Experience testing Commercial Off-the Shelf Applications (COTS) Note: Will not consider team Leads or Lead QAs
