This role provides strategic oversight, governance, and end-to-end delivery leadership to ensure programs meet business objectives, align with enterprise architecture standards, and deliver measurable value. The Senior Program Manager drives collaboration across cross-functional teams, manages risks and financials, and ensures solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Program Leadership & Strategy · Define program vision, scope, objectives, and success measures in alignment with enterprise and business strategies. · Develop multi-year program roadmaps, integrating business priorities, technology strategy, budget constraints, and resource capacities. · Provide leadership across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring cohesive and coordinated delivery.
