About The Opportunity
This is not a conventional engineering role.
We are looking for someone who can help design the future manufacturing infrastructure of Kefilo.
You will work closely with founders, food scientists, process engineers, product teams, and innovation leaders to develop scalable production systems, automation frameworks, smart kitchens, intelligent kiosks, and eventually dark-factory infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build the future of automated food and wellness manufacturing rather than simply optimize existing production lines.

Key Responsibilities 1. Smart Manufacturing Strategy
- Develop the long-term automation roadmap for Kefilo
- Design future-ready manufacturing systems
- Identify automation opportunities across operations
- Support development of dark-factory concepts
- Robotics & Automation Innovation
- Research robotic applications in food production
- Evaluate automated dispensing, preparation, packaging, and handling systems
- Develop automation prototypes and concepts
- Explore smart kiosk and autonomous retail opportunities
- Process Intelligence & Optimization
- Work closely with food scientists and process engineers
- Improve manufacturing efficiency and consistency
- Reduce operational dependency on manual intervention
- Design scalable and repeatable production workflows
- Emerging Technology Research
- Monitor advancements in robotics, automation, AI, IoT, and Industry 4.0
- Evaluate technologies relevant to food and wellness manufacturing
- Support innovation projects and future product ecosystems
- Contribute to long-term technology strategy
