Robotics Assembly Specialist

What you will be doing: * Lead the parts fabrication process for autonomous mobile robots: 3D printing, waterjet, laser cutting, other * Setup and test software and electronic components * Assist with various equipment and robot assembly * Test autonomous robots * Provide feedback to engineers to improve quality of the assembled devices * Assist with robotics equipment deployment * Supervise robots and equipment during deployment activities Requirements: * Mechanical ability * Ability to lift 45 lbs * Driver's license Good to have: * Experience with complex electro-mechanical systems * Mechanical or electrical engineering background * Familiarity with computers, Linux-based systems, ROS * Familiarity with lidars, depth sensors, IMUs, other types of on-board sensors for mobile robots * 3D CAD design We will be very excited to learn more about you and welcome you to the Nextera Robotics team!
