Performance diagnostics: Identify underperforming units or zones and propose immediate corrective actions. Comp set: Define and maintain the competitive set per property and per building. 2. Listings Optimization & Multichannel Distribution Channel hygiene: Ensure all listings are correctly configured, active and synced across every channel (Rentals United, Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, VRBO, direct site, etc.). Listing content: Create, update and optimize titles, descriptions, amenities and photos to maximize conversion. Incident resolution: Detect and resolve sync issues, publishing errors and channel-specific bugs in coordination with the operations and tech teams. Channel KPIs: Monitor channel performance metrics: conversion rate, response ratio, review score, cancellation rate. 3. Expansion & New Channels Go-to-market support: Participate in the onboarding of new channels, new markets and new buildings. Launch execution: Configure new listings, set initial pricing and ramp-up strategy for recently incorporated properties. About you 3+ years in Revenue Management in hospitality, vacation rental or mid-term rental (mid-term experience is a strong plus). Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Hands-on experience managing multi-property and multi-market portfolios. Previous experience in US and/or Caribbean markets is highly valued. Strong command of dynamic pricing tools: PriceLabs (must-have), Beyond, Wheelhouse or similar. Experience with Channel Managers (Rentals United preferred) and modern PMS platforms. Advanced knowledge of the main distribution channels: Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia. Advanced Excel and confidence with reporting tools; BI tools (Looker, Tableau, BigQuery) are a plus. Solid grasp of industry KPIs: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking window, lead time, channel mix. Why Homeclub?
