Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze healthcare data from a variety of sources, including EHRs, claims databases, and surveys Assist in designing research methodologies and study protocols aligned with project goals Prepare detailed reports, visualizations, and presentations based on research findings Support the development of proposals, publications, and grant documentation Ensure adherence to ethical standards, HIPAA, and applicable research regulations Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to support data-driven decisions Monitor and evaluate key health trends and program outcomes to guide continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree is an asset Experience: Minimum of 2 years in healthcare or clinical research analytics Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical tools and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS, Excel, Tableau) Data Literacy: Strong ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly and accurately Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA, IRB procedures, and healthcare compliance standards Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting "
