ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for experienced Research Analysts to work on a project basis. You will help produce authoritative white papers, marketing newsletters, and thought leadership content across major industries and organizational topics. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Research and analyze data and information regarding industry sectors: FMCG (food & non-food), banking, fintech, financial services, insurance, real estate, retail. • Develop insights on various industry trends and/or organizational themes: talent, leadership, data analytics, learning & development. • Integrate proprietary generational study data into reports. • Write clear, data-driven white papers and newsletters for executive and marketing audiences. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to turn data into compelling insights. • Experience in research, consulting, market analysis, or corporate strategy. • Track record of producing white papers, reports, or thought leadership content would be an advantage • Familiarity with industry trends and organizational development topics. • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs on deadline. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Management, Sociology, or related fields. • Master’s degree or postgraduate studies preferred. • Certifications in research methods, analytics, or writing are a plus. • Familiarity and use of various research tools in research work engagement • Project-based role (not permanent).
