Job Summary and key responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end tenancy renewal process. Negotiating renewal terms between landlords and tenants. Drafting and issuing Renewal Agreements. Converting fixed-term agreements into statutory periodic tenancies where required. Advising landlords and tenants on renewal options and market conditions. Ensuring all renewal documentation is accurate and compliant with current legislation. Updating and maintaining records using internal systems and workflows. Raising and processing invoices relating to renewal fees where applicable.
