Assist with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Provide accurate information about travel options, pricing, and availability. Ensure reservations are processed correctly and follow up with clients as needed. Maintain knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and special promotions. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues in a professional manner. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection. Comfortable using computer systems and online booking tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
