We’re currently hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC ) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( LMFT ) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients age 5+ through one of our trusted California-based partners. What You'll Do As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 5+) with moderate/high acuity. Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more. More About the Role Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient Tribal Health Program & FQHC located in California Schedule: Mon–Fri, 20-40 hrs/wk in PST | Flexible Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 30 minutes for follow-up appointments Administrative time : 60 minutes per day Caseload: 6-8 clients scheduled per day Why Iris Telehealth? Qualifications: Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC ) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( LMFT ). Active California LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license strongly required Availability ( 20 - 40 hours per week) during PST Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels Telehealth experience preferred (experience using eClinicalWorks a plus!)
