We're hiring remote client specialists who want to learn a new skill and work with our team supporting families across the country.
This is a fully remote role. You'll work with warm, inbound client inquiries — no cold calling, no chasing leads. People reach out to us, and you help them. Our training program walks you through everything: the conversations, the tools, the products. No prior industry experience required.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Speak with families who recently requested information
- Walk them through their options based on their needs
- Use our digital tools to complete paperwork
- Continue learning through team training sessions
Who does well here:
- Comfortable having conversations and solving problems
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
- Has a quiet remote workspace and stable internet
- Open to learning something new
A few notes: This role is open to U.S. residents only. A state life insurance license is needed to do the work — if you don't have one, we'll guide you through getting it as part of your onboarding.
