We are scaling our remote recruitment team and looking for driven Remote Recruiters who can bring employers onto the JobAurora portal. Role As a Remote Recruiter – Employer Onboarding, your core mission is to identify, pitch, and onboard employers (SMBs, staffing partners, and international hiring teams) onto the Voynova / JobAurora portal, and grow long-term client relationships. Responsibilities • Prospect and onboard new employers onto the JobAurora portal • Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp using our automation stack • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of employer accounts • Guide employers through portal setup, job posting, and candidate flow • Hit monthly employer-onboarding and activation targets • Coordinate with the internal recruitment and lead-gen teams Requirements • Prior experience in recruitment, B2B sales, or employer acquisition • Strong English communication; additional EU / Balkan languages a plus • Self-starter, comfortable working fully remote and async • Familiarity with ATS, job portals, or outreach / CRM tools • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace What we offer • 100% remote – work from anywhere • Attractive commission per employer onboarded + base • Clear growth path into Team Lead / Account Management • Supportive, automation-driven sales environment How to apply Apply via LinkedIn or send your CV to [email protected] with the subject "Remote Recruiter – Employer Onboarding".
