What You'll Do
Answer live chat inquiries on our website (Tawk.to) — respond to questions about protocols, pricing, and the onboarding process,
Conduct specialist calls with prospective clients — walk them through our intake process, explain protocol options, answer questions, and guide them toward the right plan,
Manage our CRM pipeline (GoHighLevel) — tag leads, move contacts through stages, follow up with warm prospects, log call notes,
Follow up with healthcare providers (clinics and pharmacies) who've responded to our outreach campaigns,
Send invoices and coordinate with our fulfillment team once a client selects a protocol,
Track and report on daily/weekly conversion metrics,
You're a Great Fit If You
Have experience in telehealth, medical office, pharmacy, or wellness industry,
Are comfortable on the phone — confident, clear, not reading a script robotically,
Have used a CRM before (GoHighLevel experience),
Can explain health/wellness products without making medical claims,
Are detail-oriented — you don't let leads slip through the cracks,
Native or near-native English speaker (clients are US-based),
Have a quiet workspace, stable internet, and a professional phone manner,
Bonus (Not Required)
Familiarity with peptides, GLP-1 medications, or compounding pharmacy industry,
Experience with Tawk.to, Instantly, or similar tools,
Background in sales, client success, or patient coordination,
