In this role, youll ensure patients have a smooth, empathetic experience, working closely with our team to optimize care and support. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding patient support via Zendesk, chat, and phone consultations. Utilize tools like Zendesk and internal systems to respond to inquiries efficiently. Collaborate with the team to implement solutions that enhance patient support. Contribute to initiatives that improve patient workflows and satisfaction. What Were Looking For: MD or equivalent medical qualification. Experience in patient-facing roles, especially in mental health, immunology, or neurotechnology. Strong analytical skills to interpret medical research and patient needs. Excellent communication skills (fluent in English). Flexibility to adjust work hours based on patient needs. Licensed to practice medicine in the Philippines.
