Job Description Key Responsibilities Outreach & Lead Generation : Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Twitter; research accredited investors, family offices, and wealth managers; craft personalized messaging; schedule introductory calls with the Founder. Investor Pipeline Management : Maintain all investor touchpoints in HubSpot (or similar CRM); ensure timely follow‑ups; track conversion metrics and campaign performance. Investor Communications : Support pre‑screen calls, take detailed notes, qualify prospects; draft tailored follow‑up emails and quarterly updates; help prepare deal summaries and pitch materials.
