Committed to excellence, we are seeking a highly experiencedAppointment Setter. About the Job: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions, concerns, and issues. Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, order processing, and troubleshooting. Effectively resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
