English - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more: Requirements: Must-Have: - 1–3 years of administrative, operations, legal support, or office experience. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat for document preparation and handling. - Hands-on experience with cloud-based CRM and document management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, or comparable). - Experience preparing, organizing, and reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy before submission. - Experience coordinating client communication through email and video calls (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). - B2+ English (CEFR) for direct, client-facing written and verbal communication.
