Position Overview

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and/or chat. Youll be responsible for resolving inquiries, handling requests efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

If relocating: Work From Home setup will be based in Athens
If already in Greece: Work From Home is possible anywhere in Greece

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Requirements

Fluent French (C1 level or higher)
Good English skills (B2 or higher)
EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills
