Entry-Level Recruiter (Remote) Looking to kickstart your career? We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Entry-Level Recruiters to join our remote team! In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the hiring process while building valuable skills in recruiting, communication, and client service. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided and strong potential for growth. What You'll Do: Help source and screen candidates for open positions Coordinate interviews and keep communication flowing between candidates and hiring managers Support day-to-day recruiting and staffing projects Provide a positive experience for both candidates and clients Assist in keeping the hiring process organized and running smoothly What We're Looking For: Proficiency using Google Workplace tools (Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive) Background in handling high-volume phone outreach (up to 100 calls per day) Strong customer service and/or sales skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Clear communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to think critically, solve problems, and take initiative Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote, team-oriented Zoom environment
