Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and recommending products or services that best fit their needs. You will communicate with customers through phone, email, and text while delivering excellent service and contributing to sales growth. The ideal candidate is responsive, persuasive, organized, and passionate about creating positive customer experiences while identifying opportunities to upsell or promote services.
