Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Corporate Spanish Instructor. The instructor will deliver live, online Spanish lessons to corporate professionals, focusing on business communication, industry-specific vocabulary, and practical conversation. Daily responsibilities include preparing and adapting lesson plans, providing private tutoring sessions, assigning and reviewing practice work, and providing regular feedback on learner progress. The instructor will customize materials to different proficiency levels, track attendance and performance. Qualifications Strong Spanish Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to engage adult learners. Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create structured, goal-oriented learning paths. Experience in Tutoring or coaching individuals with varying proficiency levels. Native or proficiency in Spanish and strong command of English for clear instruction and communication. Experience teaching business or professional Spanish, ideally to corporate clients or adult learners. Comfort with virtual classroom tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and digital learning resources. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with reliability in a fully remote setting. Relevant degree in Languages, Education, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent teaching certification (e.g., ELE, DELE, or similar) is preferred.
