After a $60 million series B we're seeking a driven deal attorney to be an early hire for our legal team. You'll be using our A.I. tools and running commercial deals for some of the fastest growing, most innovative startups in the world.
A corporate background (3-7 years) within BigLaw is required for this role (M&A, ECVC, Finance, Tech Trans, general corporate/transactions).
