Remote 1099 Contract Recruiter - AV Transportation

We're seeking an experienced 1099 Recruiter to support hiring for a fast-growing autonomous vehicle (AV) transportation company. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring drivers and transportation-related talent. This role is commission only. If you have transportation recruiting experience and a strong candidate network, we'd love to connect. What We're Looking For: Proven recruiting experience in transportation, logistics, driver, or operations roles Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Ability to work independently and deliver hires quickly Existing database/network of drivers is a major plus Access to your own sourcing tools and recruiting resources preferred AV, mobility, transportation, or logistics industry experience is a plus Why Join Us?
